Moedani to Open in 2023

The multifunctional complex "Moedani" in the old part of Avlabari will be opened in the summer of 2022. 

As a result, Tbilisi will have a new tourist complex for 2023.

According to the director of the company implementing this project, Vakhtang Gurgenidze, the construction works are already underway.

The project envisages setting up a multifunctional complex on 1,4 hectares of the territory, which will include 220 apartments, 4 residential blocks, 80-rooms hotel, commercial and co-working spaces, cafes, bars, boutiques, etc.

The total amount of the investment is 17 million GEL, and the project is partly financially assisted by TBC Bank's loan.
