Jamie Oliver Shares His Version of Khachapuri After Visit to Georgia

British chef Jamie Oliver has shared his own version of Georgia's beloved dish, khachapuri, along with a fresh salad. Inspired by his recent trip to Georgia, Jamie posted videos on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram—ranging from 15 seconds to 9 minutes—introducing his take on the famous pastry.

"During my trip to Georgia, I fell in love with khachapuri. It’s a Georgian national dish and the best pastry I’ve ever had," Jamie said. "I created my version using my favorite British and Irish cheeses, and I think it’s a dish that will make people happy. You can find the recipe on my page."

Jamie Oliver’s Georgian culinary experience is part of a marketing campaign by the National Tourism Administration of Georgia.
