Former Palace of Ananov Auctioned in Vartsikhe Tourist Complex to be Arranged there

The former Ananov Palace in Vartsikhe has been auctioned and a tourist complex will be built there, for which the investor will spend more than 4,000,000 GEL.

According to the National Agency for State Property Management of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, 73 500 sq.m located in the village of Vartsikhe, Baghdati district - the land and the buildings placed on it were submitted to an electronic auction.

“Within the framework of the project“ 50 Properties for Your Hotel ”, a tourist complex will be set up in Vartsikhe, the former Palace of the Ananov, for which more than 4 000 000 GEL will be invested and new jobs will be created.

At the same time, there will be an alcoholic beverage storage facility next to the tourist center, ”the information on the agency's website reads.
