Economy Ministry Plans to Offer Effective Anti-Crisis Plan to Tourism Industry

As noted by Economy Minister Natia Turnava, Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia has met with Ministers of the economic team to prepare an effective anti-crisis plan for tourism industry.

“In this regard, the Government and the banking sector will provide joint efforts. We have also exchanged our opinions on how to maintain Georgia’s economic steadiness”, Economy Minster Natia Turnava noted and added that several days before she met with the tourism industry representatives.

“As instructed by the Prime Minster, several days ago we met with tourism industry representatives. It is clear that coronavirus has mostly damaged tourism industry”, the Economy Minister noted.
