Courtyard by Marriott Alliance Palace to Open in Batumi in 2022

In Batumi, the opening of the 41-storey "Alliance Palace" was postponed for 1 year due to a pandemic.

As Temo Bitsadze, head of business development at Alliance Group, told Business Partner, the construction of the hotel has been completed, but due to inactive tourist flows, the administration has decided to open part of the complex in January 2022 in test mode. Part of the apartments were opened in 2020.

Courtyard By Marriott (150 rooms) of international hotel brand will be located on the 1st-5th floors of the complex, while the other 6-41 floors will have premium class apartments. One of the international companies will open a casino in the hotel.

The multifunctional complex will be managed by the Swiss management company "Sophos Hotels SA".

The construction of a multifunctional 41-storey complex in Batumi started in 2015. $ 45 million was invested in it.

The project is located on Batumi Boulevard, in the most prestigious place of the city, in the first line of the sea shore. All floors of the Alliance Palace offer beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the city, the complex includes modern infrastructure, including underground parking, indoor and outdoor pools, health complex, restaurant, etc.
