Construction of Wine Village Started in Kvareli

In the specific viticulture zone, "Kindzmarauli" in Kvareli, wine village construction has already started. The price of the investment is $3.5 million.

The village is built by the company "7S". 

As a co-founder of "7S" and author of the idea, Giorgi Begadze notes, building the cottages is the first step. At this moment, they are constructing second lane of village. In the near future, they will build first and third lanes - similar residential spaces.

"The main concept of the project is to create synthesis of contemporary architecture and traditional, ethno components. We reckon, that these kind of residences in the homeland of wine must exist. We wish our project to be attractive to other municipalities and companies. Buying the house in the wine village already means being in this business. One can have an opportunity to cultivate the wine. We wish to promote wine producing culture. Therefore, there are not much tourist products available related to viticulture in the homeland of wine, which will attract the tourists.", stated Giorgi Begadze.

Within the framework of the project, every cottage is roofed by Georgian tile, has energy-efficient white walls and windows, iron doors maintained with vine and vineyard ornaments.

The implementing of the project will be finished approximately in one year and a half.

According to the co-founder, management company will serve wine village, as especially created service center for this business.

The service includes: looking after vineyards, receiving visitors in the occasions of renting the cottages, cleaning and securing the space, etc.
