Construction of Oni Local Lore Museum to Complete

 
The construction of Oni Local Lore Museum has been completed. Within the framework of the project, a new, modern standard museum was built.
 
As announced in the municipality of Oni, the museum building includes two-light halls for permanent and temporary exhibitions and fund stores, a conference hall with a stage, and a room for simultaneous translation.
 
The museum unites spaces for a library and a media library, a children's educational area, exhibition administration, fund storages and auxiliary storages. The building will house an information, ticket and museum shop, a cafe and special corners for guides. The area around the museum was also developed.
 
The government of Georgia invested 5.5 million GEL in the design and construction of the new building of Oni Local History Museum.
 
The museum was founded in 1948 and opened in 1952.
