Botanical Garden of Zugdidi will Receive Visitors Free of Charge Until the End of the Year

According to the decision made by Zugdidi Municipality City Hall, the Botanical Garden of Zugdidi will receive guests for free from May 11th.

The decision was made due to promote the development of domestic tourism.

"Promoting tourism development in the municipality is important for us. In this regard, the government elaborated anti-crisis plan. Zugdidi Botanical Garden is the visiting card of the city and we will support maximally the development of tourism in this region, taking into consideration the current situation.", noted Giorgi Shengelia, the mayor of Zugdidi.

The Botanical Garden will be free for visitors until the end of the year.

The garden was closed on March 23 due to a State of Emergency.
