Agro-Rourism and Feminist Hotel "Ninasouli" is Opening in Dimi

Hotel "Ninasouli" with a different concept is opening in Dimi village of Baghdati district. As its founder, Lili Pulariani, says in the "Women's Narrative" program, the hotel will be located in the old Imeretian Oda, which is currently being restored.

"My sister and I have dreamed of restoring this house since childhood, although it was a distant prospect because the restoration of a wooden house needs big funds. I thought I would move there when I turned 50, but remote work during the pandemic gave me the opportunity to move now.

The house is being restored and it is planned to open in 2023. We decided that it will be a feminist and agro-tourism house. This will be a hotel where you can live a rural life - you will go to the fields, to the cinema, and engage in many cultural and agrarian activities with us. The hotel will definitely be adapted for wheelchair users," said Lili Pulariani.

The hotel is named after Lili's grandmother, Nina. As Lili says, the main reason for choosing the name was that there had never been a woman landowner in Dimi.

The founder says that in addition to hosting guests, the opening of "Ninasouli" also aims to empower local women, be it by offering them a comfortable work space, selling their agricultural products, or more.

It is worth noting that in order to strengthen the local residents, under the organization of Lili Pulariani, the initiative group "Dimeli Women" was created, which carries out certain social activities to strengthen the village. According to her, 13 women are now members of the initiative group.
