SILLUET CRAFT– Georgian T-shirts Startup for European and American Customers
SILLUET CRAFT is one of the startups that have managed to withstand the pandemic challenges and survive. The business was undertaken by Ani Kiasashvili inspired by the artworks of her father.
The love for art and free time amid lockdown enabled Ani to more develop and expand her small business. With small financial resources, Ani Kiasashvili produces creative and unique T-shirts for foreign customers, even more, so T-shirts are beautified with various images of the so-called Fantasy genre.
“I mainly paint characters from the Fantasy genre and my clients like them very much. Frequently, they also order their desirable patterns. The final product is sent to Europe and the USA through the SilhouTteCrafts website. This signifies my clients are foreign citizens predominately”, Ani Kiasashvili said.
The pandemic has brought some problems anyway. Flights restrictions protracted products transportation to foreign countries and prices also increased slightly. Despite the mentioned inconveniences, the demand for her products has not dropped. Besides foreign customers, SILLUET CRAFT plans to activate sales on the domestic market too.
