Re:Educate Teams Sets to Teach the Most In-Demand Professions

The digital transformation has resulted in a rise in demand for modern technology owners, digital professionals, and other personnel.

In response to this trend, re:educate was created - a space where the world's most in-demand tech professions will be studied by participating in real projects. The goal of the project is to retrain 500,000 people within 5 years. An opportunity is created for people to learn the most in-demand professions and significantly increase their incomes. In this way, they will be able to contribute to the global digital revolution.

The re:educate team, along with future development, plans to open similar learning space in Abkhazia and make technologies accessible to everyone.

‘’We teach from scratch the basics that are necessary to understand the whole picture and see what is being done for what. Most people know their work and specifically their profession, but they have no information about how their work is related to other professions, why they do what they do, etc. Which ultimately creates a problem - to create a new product or a new service.

Our goal is to make people find out and make their work and choices thoughtfully, that is, to provide information in depth. Our approach to beneficiaries is a partnership. We also call all those people who study with us "partners", because in the future we will think of them as our partners, whose tech startups we will finance and help them take to the global market. This approach is also reflected in the teaching process, as we give them the freedom to choose whether they want to do an assignment, whether they want to take an exam, etc,’’ said Nana Mikadze at Entrepreneur.

The team researches the most in-demand professions and then teaches them. Today, according to the 2022 IEEE Leaders, such professions are IT-project manager, which combines technical and organizational skills, as well as "Python" language, .NET, React, cyber security, DevOps, QA, and many others.
