LiveCaller's International Experience

"Startup does not have the luxury to expanse slowly. This is why resembling meetings are the best opportunity to get essential experience very soon.", noted Merab Gotsiridze, Co-founder of LiveCaller.
LiveCaller is a cloud-based customer communication software which was implemented not long ago. As Merab Gotsiridze and sales director, Sandro Tsirekidze tell, startup already participated in the international events, such as GIST Macedonia, Startup Wise Guys, Seedstars Tbilisi.

The U. S. Department of State’s Global Innovation through Science and Technology (GIST) initiative empowers young innovators through networking, skills building, mentoring, and access to financing to develop startup solutions that address economic and development challenges.

LiveCaller used a chance to participate in the project and therefore was one of the five semi-finalists. Contest was held in Macedonia.

LiveCaller was participating in pre-accelerator program, run by Startup Wise Guys, which is a mentorship-driven accelerator program for early stage B2B SaaS, Fintech, Cybersecurity and Defense AI startups, providing seed capital (up to €30K), office space and most importantly – world-class mentors.

"Here, we were making our first steps to be acquainted with international startup environment, we were introduced with countless interesting people, we also met investors and hence, we perceived many things differently, which, in total, made a huge influence on our future development.

As Sandro Tsirekidze says, they always had one and only goal - to be on global market as a startup.

"There are many things necessary to implement this process, for example, access to finances. SWG event has given us an opportunity, to meet the investors and to have real negotiations with them. Macedonia, gave us an opportunity to have the first foreign client and to build LiveCaller in this country."
