Daje Plans Opening a Folding Wooden Furniture Factory in 2022

From the spring of 2022, the company "Daje" will start producing folding wooden furniture in a new enterprise.

As the founder of the company, Davit Bochorishvili, told "Business Partner", a new enterprise is being built in Lilo settlement, Tbilisi, and machinery has already been ordered.

"Daje" is ecologically clean wooden furniture with compact and unique mechanism, created by Davit Bochorishvili based on his father's experiments and his design project. Production began in the spring of 2020 with the production of stools from birch wood, then a children's chair and an urban gardening pot.

According to Bochorishvili, the produced furniture is a new, innovative system of prefabricated and folding construction. According to him, the tandem of these properties is rare in the existing market.

''With our design we fill a lot of empty space in the field of furniture, which was previously untapped," - said Bochorishvili.

According to him, currently the company has temporarily suspended production because it is in the expansion stage. From the day of production, it was sold through the online delivery service.

Bochorishvili says that the local consumers received the innovative furniture quite well, there was a great demand. According to him, the company is currently working on a new design of furniture, the production of which will begin after the launch of the new enterprise. Among them will be a children's line.
