Adviso, a Fintech Application, Set to Launch in February

Adviso, a mobile and web-based fintech application offering invoice and money management functionality, is slated to enter the market in February, according to its founder, Nikoloz Koyava.

The app was initially planned for release in September, but its launch was postponed due to regulatory hurdles imposed by the National Bank of Georgia, Koyava explained in an interview with Business Partner.

“Our application is designed around three core functionalities: a money management manager, invoice management, and cloud accounting. While we have completed the money management functionality, its initial model required integration with open banking. However, the National Bank denied our request for reasons that remain unclear. Consequently, we are pursuing an alternative approach by establishing direct agreements with individual banks,” said Koyava.

Under the initial model, the application could connect to any bank via open banking. Now, users will need to link directly to their respective banks after agreements are secured, enabling them to track transfers and monitor financial activity. This shift has delayed the app’s launch, which is now planned for a February rollout in test mode.

The second functional area, invoice management, is already operational and undergoing testing. This feature enables users to automatically generate invoices, issue billing statements, and execute transfers.

Work is ongoing on the third functionality—cloud accounting. Koyava noted that this feature, which aims to provide comprehensive accounting solutions, is expected to be integrated into the application by May 2025.

Adviso will be accessible across Georgia upon launch, with plans to expand into international markets once the local rollout is complete.

Adviso is a recipient of a 150,000 GEL co-financing grant from the Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency, demonstrating its potential to drive innovation within Georgia's fintech ecosystem.
