According to TBC Capital, demand is highest for newly built apartments, accounting for 65% of the total number of transactions.
The number of transactions increased the most in Saburtalo (+ 40.6%), Vake (+ 40.4%), and Didube (+ 35.1%); The downward trend is observed in two districts of the capital - Krtsanisi (-11.8%) and Chugureti (-6.3%).
