Redix Opens Ethno Boutique Hotel "Samzeo" in Kvareli with a ₾40 Million Investment

Lasha Papashvili's real estate and investment management company, Redix, is set to open its new ethno boutique hotel, "Samzeo," in Kvareli. Building on the success of its first hotel in Tusheti, Samzeo Kvareli will be the second in this brand’s lineup.

The official opening is scheduled for November, with an investment of 40 million GEL. The hotel is situated on a 54,000 m² area surrounded by forest and features multiple buildings, including 67 rooms across three buildings, a standalone restaurant serving authentic Kakhetian cuisine, an outdoor pool, a bar, and a steam sauna. The hotel also offers conference halls and can host various events.

According to the company's Horeca director, Nano Urushadze, the development of the hotel area will continue with plans to introduce a children’s entertainment space, a contact zoo, and tennis and padel courts in the near future. "We believe this part of Kakheti has great tourist potential," Urushadze added.

The company has not yet set the accommodation prices, noting that pricing in the hotel industry is dynamic and depends on factors such as demand, seasonality, and occupancy rates.
