Real Estate Sales Decreased by 21% in June in Tbilisi
In June, real estate sales in Tbilisi fell by about 21%.
According to a G&T study, if 2,776 apartments were sold in the capital in June 2019, this year the number totaled 2,194 units.
At the same time, according to the research, in the second quarter of 2020, the most sales decreased in Chugureti - by 76%, and the least in Vake - by 47%.
As for the value of real estate by districts, according to the research, average selling prices in the 2nd quarter of 2020 look like this:
