How much does the square meter of an apartment cost in Tbilisi, due to Districts and how have these prices changed in the first quarter? – Galt&Taggart investment company has published a report on the mentioned issue.
Under the real estate market overview, the month of March has recorded growing prices compared to February 2020, contrary to expectations. The price of new apartments in USD rose by 1% month on month and in GEL - by 3.8% month on month. At the same time, prices declined by 5.4% compared to March 2019. In March 2020, the price of old apartments rose by 1.9% in USD and by 6% in GEL. Prices turned out stable in suburban areas, while essential changes were recorded in central Districts.
The averaged weighed prices rose in the following districts:
Vake – to 1,102 USD (+14% year on year);
Mtatsminda – to 1.040 USD (+9% year on year);
Didube – to 793 USD (+8% year on year)
Gldani – to 537 USD (+7%);
Didi Dighomi – to 530 USD (+5% year on year)
