Price of Apartments in Tbilisi Decreased by 12% in One Month

In one month, the price of apartments in Tbilisi decreased by 12%.

In particular, according to a study of the Tbilisi housing market by Cushman & Wakefield Georgia, the average price of apartments (the cost per square meter) in the capital in July was 598 USD, while in the previous month it amounted to 681 USD.

At the same time, according to the same report, in July, compared to June, apartment sales increased by 19%.
