M² Issued $30 million Worth Bonds

M² issued $ 30 million in bonds. The company-owned portfolio includes commercial, office and warehouse spaces. Over the last 4 years, the m² consumers have been able to invest free financial resources in bonds for the fourth time, and therefore, to make their own money flow better.

The three year bonds are denominated in US dollars and offers customers a high annual interest rate of 7.5% (before paying taxes), which will be paid once every quarter. Investment Management Company “Galt & Tagart” has implemented placing m² bonds.

“We are pleased to announce the fourth and largest release of m² bonds. It is worth noting that the current placement of bonds has been exposed to excessive demand, which once again demonstrates the high confidence level of the users towards company.

The bonds will be placed on the stock exchange, and they will be purchased through any brokerage company which has the relevant license, “said Mr. Irakli Burdiladze, General Director of m².
