M2 Development Company to Finish Sveti Project
Tbilisi City Hall and M2 Real Estate development company have signed a memorandum on cooperation.
The signing parties expressed readiness to foster fulfillment of obligations before the Sveti project clients and finish the incomplete apartments.
To this end M2 development company will finish three projects of Sveti in Tbilisi (Mirtskhulava Street 9-11, Nutsubidze Street 125A, Chkondideli Street N22).
All three projects at this stage unite 30 residential blocks and about 2000 clients are waiting for their apartments in these complexes. At this stage, Tbilisi City Hall and M2 Development Company have already completed negotiations and signed agreement with Sveti companies and land owners. Investment value of the project is 250 000 000 GEL and it is fully financed by M2. Construction-engineering direction of the facilities will be carried out by BK Construction development company with 26-year working experience, member of M2 company.
“This is very important project, because we realize the huge responsibility that we have assumed before our society. We have engaged in this project by initiative of Tbilisi Hall and we are happy to enjoy such trust. Intense negotiations were carried out for several months with all parties and now we have real results”, Shota Berekashvili, BK Construction director general noted.
