Demand for the Real Estate in Prestigious Central Districts of Tbilisi fell by 23%

The study conducted by the SS.ge showed that demand for the real estate in the prestigious central districts of Tbilisi fell by 23%, while demand for rent increased by 49%.

To exclude seasonal factors, the data for the period from June to May 2018 are compared.

In June 2019 405,458 visits to the real estate sites were registered while in the same period of 2018- 331,750 that is 22.5% more.
