Construction of Hotel at Kutaisi Airport Resumed and Planned to Open by the End of the Year

It is planned to open a hotel under construction by GDG + at Kutaisi International Airport at the end of the year. 

As Bezhan Tsakadze says at Business Partner, if the construction is not completed on time, the hotel will open in March 2021 at the latest.

"The construction of a hotel near Kutaisi International Airport has been resumed. In about ten days the black frame will be complete. The top floor is left to be paved and the walls are packed. We have to start internal repairs in a month and a half. I think if we succeed, everything will be over by the end of this year, ”Tsakadze said.

The construction of the hotel on the territory of Kutaisi airport was planned to be completed in the summer of this year, however, the construction works were suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The hotel will have 103 rooms with 170 parking spaces. GDG + will build up to one hectare of land on the hotel and its area will be 12 thousand square meters.
