Capital City Invested ₾12 Million in Building a Residential Complex in Gori

Residential buildings are being built in Gori, near the sports complex. In the buildings built with an investment of ₾12 million, the price per square meter starts at $550.

The object belongs to Capital City Development LLC, which was founded in Gori in June 2022. Its owner is Davit Stepanishvili, who is a representative of 4 other companies (shareholder/director).

The residential complex will be built on Tamar Mepe Street in Gori and is designed for a total of 140 residents.

According to the company's representatives, the construction will be completed by 2024, where 30 people will be employed.
