Accommodation Price Index Increased by 2% in Georgia

In April 2019, the average price of three-star hotels in Georgia amounted to 123 GEL, while the average price of 4-star hotels - 215 GEL.

According to PMCG survey, the average price of family type hotels was 70 GEL in April. The average price of 5-star hotels in April amounted to 484 GEL.

In Tbilisi, in this type of hotels the average price of the standard 2-room was 525 GEL, in Adjara - 473 GEL, in Samtskhe-Javakheti - 368 GEL and in Kakheti - 367 GEL.

The hotel prices in Georgia increased by 2.2% in April 2019 compared to March 2019, including the prices of 3, 4 and 5-star hotels by 0.5%, while family type hotels increased their prices by 5%.
