Natia Turnava and Pan Gongsheng Discuss Progress on Georgia-China Central Bank Cooperation
Within the framework of the 24th Annual Conference of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), Natia Turnava, President of the National Bank of Georgia, held a meeting with Pan Gongsheng, President of the People's Bank of China.
The brief business meeting focused on reviewing the progress of specific initiatives under the memorandum of understanding signed earlier this year between the two central banks.
The memorandum aims to deepen bilateral cooperation in key areas such as monetary policy, financial technologies, payment systems, and the development of the securities market.
