Tbilisi History Museum to Host Exhibition of Avtandil Mosiashvili

In the Tbilisi History Museum, the exhibition of abstractionist artist, Avtandil Mosiashvili was opened, since it is dedicated to his 80th anniversary.

The space viewed by the artist is filled with interesting and intense feelings. Presented nearly 30 art pieces demonstrate his individualism, level of his artistry, which was better illustrated in abstraction. He is one of the first abstractionism in Georgian art.

Avto Mosiashvili is a member of Georgian Artist Union since 1974 and participates in the exhibitions from 1969. For his piece "Cold Day" he was awarded with a gold medal in Tokyo in 1986.

His paintings were exhibited in France, Norway, US, Germany, and England. Parts of the paintings are secured in private collections of several countries.
