Rome to Host Georgian Film Days
Rome will host Georgian Film Days on 16-18 June. On the event in Casa del Cinema will be screened following films:
1. Tangerines (Zaza Urushadze)
2. Blue Mountains (Eldar Shengelaia)
3. The Wishing Tree (Tengiz Abuladze)
4. Blind Dates (Levan Koguashvili)
5. My Grandmother (Kote Mikaberidze)
The event will be opened with the concert, where Georgian musicians will perform well-known compositions of the Georgian Films. On June 18, "My Grandmother" will be accompanied with Reso Kiknadze Trio.
Except for the Film program, the exhibition will be presented with Georgian film posters, historical photo materials and letters, which are connected with the beloved relationship between Georgian and Italian cinematographs.
The event will be generated within the framework of Embassy of Georgia in Italy, Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and National Film Center. Also, the exhibition is supported by state program "Georgia-Europe".
