Online Degustation of Georgian Wine in the U.S

Online degustation of Georgian wine was organized by National Wine Agency located in the U.S and its contractor company "Marq Energie Consulting".

Up to 60 local sommeliers, importers, and Georgian wine producers were participating in the event.

The online event was hosted by Marq Energie Consulting CEO Julie Peterson and American top sommelier Taylor Parsons. The participants of the seminar were welcomed by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the United States of America, Davit Bakradze.

During the two-hour online degustation, wine professionals had the opportunity to taste Western Georgian wines that are already on the US market. The focus of the event was on the various wines and wine cellars of western Georgia. Along with it, the participants got acquainted with the history, culture, and modern industry of Georgian wine.
