National Bank Issues Coin Commemorating 100th Anniversary of Establishing First Central Bank of Georgia
The coin representing nominal value of 5 GEL was revealed by the president of the National Bank.
The main composition of the observe of coin is a logo of the National Bank, and on the reverse the building is portrayed, in which the first Georgian National Bank was established in 1919.
The coin was manufactured in Lithuania's mint and its implementing price is 75 GEL.
The event was held in the historical building on the National Bank - National Parliamentary Library of Georgia.
By the initiative of the National Bank, the book "National Bank of Georgia 1919-1921" was published.
