Final Event of Astronomy Festival 2020 Takes Place in Tbilisi

After Gori, Telavi, Kutaisi, Ozurgeti, and Batumi, Astronomy Festival takes place in Tbilisi on September 12th. The event will start at Rike Park at 8 pm. Attendance is possible only with face masks.
 
Astronomy Festival is organized and funded by the Georgian Astronomy Club and Shota Rustaveli National Foundation of Georgia.
 
Astronomy Festival includes popular lectures and observations using telescopes on the planets such as Jupiter, Saturn, Mars, and constellations. Georgian Astro Club is a non-governmental, non-commercial, educational-scientific organization, which aims to popularize science and in particular, astronomy in Georgia.
 
The sponsor of the event is the official representative of Celestron in Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia - Planetarium.
