Electronic Festival to Hold at Petra Fortress

On 10th of August, the electronic music festival will take place at Petra fortress for the first time.

The artists of the Festival are KAVEl, GIORGI DEVADZE, ORIO, ZAPA, YANAMASTE, Boyd Schidt, NEWA and FABRIZIO LAPIANA.

As organizers note, the territory is also intended for exhibition space. The works of artists will be presented in a 3D projector.

"GR-Fest is for those, who love its culture and for those, who are planning to listen to it and to love it.", the organizers say.

Petra Fortress is located in the village of Tsikhisdziri in the Kobuleti district of Ajara. Built during the 6th century A.D., it held an important strategic position at the crossroads of the route linking Georgia with Iran and Armenia. The fortress is one of the most significant monuments on the entire eastern coast of the Black Sea. Its reconstruction started in 2015.
