Black Sea Arena Yard to host L'Impératrice Concert on August 15

L'Impératrice will perform in the courtyard of the Black Sea Arena on August 15.

L'Impératrice is a French disco-pop band founded in 2012. Composed of a mix of modern disco and French pop, L'Impératrice has made a name for itself around the world and established itself as one of the most famous bands of modern times. The band members do not hide that their main source of inspiration was Daft Punk.

In its nine years of existence, L'Impératrice has recorded two albums and several mini-albums. The singles Sonate Pacifique and Agitations Tropicales were especially successful for the French band.

The band's latest work, Tako Tsubo, was released in 2021 and has garnered rave reviews from critics. Within the tour announced by this album, the band will visit Georgia and hold a concert in the courtyard of the Black Sea Arena on the Front Stage.

Tickets for L'Impératrice can be purchased through the Arena website from 12:00 on 2 May. You can buy a ticket for the first basket for 80 GEL, a ticket for the second basket for 100 GEL, and a ticket for the door for 120 GEL.

The Black Sea Arena is the largest concert arena and multifunctional space in the Caucasus. It is located on the Black Sea coast, in Guria. The construction of the hall started in 2008 at the initiative of the Cartu Foundation and was officially opened in 2016 with a concert by Christina Aguilera. In recent years, the Concert Hall has hosted stars from the international music scene, including Aerosmith, The Scorpions, Elton John, Robert Plant, Ennio Morricone, Black Eyed Peas, Jessie J, and Thirty Seconds to Mars. At the same time, the Black Sea Arena is actively involved in the local art scene, thus trying to make a significant contribution to the development of Georgian culture.
