26th Tbilisi Jazz Festival to Bring Diverse Lineup of World-Class Musicians

The 26th Tbilisi Jazz Festival, supported by TBC Concept and Eastern Promotion, will be held on May 9-11 at the Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metekhi Palace. The festival will offer a diverse lineup of recognized artists, including both new and old favorites.

The festival will feature daily activities in the hotel lobby, such as the personal exhibition "Jazz Hour" by Irakli Chikovani, the vinyl exhibition/sale by "Audio Lab", and the premiere of Kakha Tolordava's film "First Person - One Festival Story".

The festival will kick off on May 9 with a performance by Luka Tofuridze and his band in the "Jazz Lab" hall. Later that night on the "Star Stage," the JAZZ/TAKES SUPERGROUP featuring Bill Evans, Niels Lan Doky, Felix Pastorius, and Harvey Mason will take the stage.

On May 10, Czech artists Martin Kratochvil and Jazz Q will perform, followed by Italian pianist and composer Stefano Bollani's unique variations from the famous rock opera "Jesus Christ Superstar."

The festival will wrap up on May 11 with a performance by Italian band Motel Kaiju in the "Jazz Lab" hall, while Stanley Larke will close the festival with his performance on the "Star Stage."

Concerts will start at 20:00, with doors opening for festival guests at 19:00. Tickets can be purchased at www.tkt.ge, and TBC Concept cardholders can receive a 20% discount, while TBC Visa cardholders can receive a 10% discount.
