VAT Reform - Changes to the Tax Code

The Ministry of Finance of Georgia published a draft law on amendments to the Tax Code.

Field experts, representatives of business or other target groups can submit their suggestions and proposals to the agency.

According to the Finance Ministry, in the nearest future, public discussion of the project published with all targeted groups will begin.

After the final adjustment, the document will be sent to the Parliament of Georgia.
