Top Investor Countries of Georgia - the UK Ranks the First Place
The largest investor in Georgia is the United Kingdom. British investors in Georgia increased their foreign direct investment volume by 38% in 2019 and invested $ 247.8 million in the Georgian economy. This is 19.5% of total investments in the country.
Turkey takes the second place. Compared to 2018, the volume of Turkish investments in 2019 increased by 3.8 times and reached $ 236.5 million.
