Georgia aims to become a hub of renewable energy generation and transit, - the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Gharibashvili writes about this in the social network "Twitter".
Within the framework of his visit to Davos, the head of the government held a meeting with Markus Kreber, the executive director of the German energy company - "RWE AG", where they discussed the energy sector of Georgia, as well as current and proposed regional projects.
"Within the framework of the World Economic Forum, I met with Markus Krebber, CEO of a multinational power generation company headquartered in Essen, Germany. We discussed the energy sector of Georgia, current and proposed regional projects. Georgia aims to become a hub of renewable energy generation and transit", the Prime Minister noted.
