Natia Turnava - 6 Key Points About Tskaltubo Which Government Is Responsible For

"Today we are going to publicly discuss the project about Tskaltubo, which is historical project. We understand that this topic is relevant for society, therefore, our wish is action strategy to be public. Every detailed question must be answered and the information must be passed to society. 

We want to provide the information to you about collaboration and synergy working between Government, private business sector and philanthropist.

I will formulate this plan to 6 key points. Firstly, this is preparedness of general plan of Tskaltubo project. Secondly, it is the development of resort infrastructure. This is an offer for people who were forced to relocate to a former sanatorium or other buildings. Thirdly, the key point involves administration of resort and whole governance of this process. This is the establishment of longstanding marketing plan. This is organizing and running the model of mineral water producing. 

The research was fulfilled and development strategy was written curated by the government in 2014, which was implemented by foreign consultants. This strategy was public since 2014. It needs refining and update indeed.

The next important matter lies upon public infrastructure development - roads, rehabilitation space, cleansing building. These projects are already being implemented, which is attended by Maia Tskitishvili and I will address these issues in a more detailed way afterward.

Next direction involves offering worthy accommodation for refugees. I already have mentioned, that nowadays 477 families remain in different sanatoriums and other buildings. They have to live in harsh conditions. The strategy of building other blocks progresses according to plan. 

The last important matter is related to mineral water, which is one of the main priorities of the resort. This remains relevant in post-soviet space, therefore, in the conditions of direct marketing, it will be one of the strongest priorities, which will attract new tourists. This is the reason, why it is important to create appropriate terms and conditions, from which this resource will be available. This is the concrete function, which is the responsibility of the government.
