Ministry of Economy and FTX Crypto Derivatives Discuss Cooperation

The favorable business environment in Georgia and the country’s leading positions in terms of ease of doing business were the main topics of the meeting, which was held for a delegation of the company FTX Crypto Derivatives Exchange at the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development.

Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Irakli Nadareishvili, hosted the CEO of FTX Crypto Derivatives Exchange, Ryan Salameh and the CEO of the Digital Asset Market Association (ADAM), Michelle Bond.

Specific areas of the partnership, on which the cooperation will continue in the working mode, were discussed at the meeting held at the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development.

Irakli Nadareishvili noted that the Georgian Government welcomes the interest of companies of such a scale making foreign direct investments in the country and is ready to support them.

FTX Crypto Derivatives Exchange representatives were invited by Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili to explore the opportunities in Georgia.
