Government Bans Indoor Dining in Hotel Restaurants After 21:00

According to the decision made by the government, the restrictions are imposed on hotel restaurants too. 

Maia Tskitishvili, Minister of Regional Development & Infrastructure from April 2018, declared on this matter on coordinating council. She noted, that apart from ski resorts, the operation of hotels and their restaurants was allowed only for the services of their guests while holding cultural and different types of entertaining events are prohibited.

"Unfortunately, we see, that a large number of hotels try to avoid these circumstances and hold entertaining evening events.

According to this, we made the decision to ban inner dining services in hotel restaurants after 21:00.", noted Maia Tskitishvili.
