Specifically, as of January 31, 2020, Georgia's state external debt exceeded $ 5.677 billion (GEL 16.428 billion).

The largest creditors of the State of Georgia are: Asian Development Bank (ADB); World Bank International Development Association (IDA) and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD).

In particular, debt to IDA is $ 938,299 million; The state's external debt to the IBRD is $ 904,283 million and to the Asian Development Bank (ADB) - $ 1,247 billion.
