Georgia-USA Trade Turnover: USD 1.206 Billion in 2022
The United States is one of Georgia's top 5 trading partners, ranking 5th with a 6.3% share. During 2022, trade between the two countries amounted to USD 1.206 billion, a 43.1% increase from the previous year, hitting a decade-high.
Of the total trade turnover, 78% are imports from the US and 22% are exports from Georgia. This year, Georgia spent USD 941.3 million on imports from the US, a 45.2% increase from the previous year.
Light vehicles accounted for the largest portion of Georgia's imports from the US, at 88.5%.
