First Georgian Black Caviar to Appear on the Market
The first Georgian black caviar will appear on the market at the end of the year.
Company Algi Plus plans to produce the product under the Georgian brand.
At this stage, the process of expanding the enterprise is underway. Algi Plus started production with red caviar in 2011 and currently sells 2 tons of products a year.
The fish farm employs about 60 people, but the black caviar production line will create an additional 15 new jobs.
According to the company's representatives, the new product will be sold in the countries of the region in addition to the Georgian market.
