EVEX Clinics to Hold First Medical Forum on COVID-19 Pandemic

Representatives of all Georgia-based medical clinics are welcome to attend the Forum.

Georgian specialists from Georgia, the Netherlands and the USA will participate in the event.

Giorgi Kurdghelashvili -director of Oklahoma City Federal Clinics’ Medical Department and associated professor of Oklahoma University, will talk about the US experience and practices on COVID-19.

Mamuka Machaidze – John Hopkins University will talk about infectious diseases.

Nana Bakashvili – family doctor from the Netherlands will talk about functions of the family doctors and logistics amid COVID-19.

Grigol Khurtsidze – clinical director of Georgian Healthcare Group (GHG), internal diseases, hospitalist, Kaiser Permanente, Washington – key moderator of the Forum.

Giorgi Beria – clinical director of EVEX clinics will analyze several topics at the Forum: triage, diagnosis of patient, readdressing, quarantine at home and distant management, visions by infection experts on outpatient management of COVID-19.

The FORUM will be held at 21 o’clock on April 16 in Georgian language on Zoom digital platform and will be open for all medical clinics.

Objective of the event is to cover domestic experiences of various countries.
