The international agricultural exhibition CASPIAN AGRO 2025 officially opened today in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, with the Georgian national pavilion drawing significant attention. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev visited the pavilion and was welcomed by Georgia’s Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Davit Songulashvili, alongside Georgia’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Zurab Pataradze.
President Aliyev emphasized the importance of Georgia-Azerbaijan relations and their shared strategic goals. He noted that Georgia’s participation in the CASPIAN AGRO 2025 exhibition further strengthens bilateral ties and expands opportunities for leveraging trade and economic potential.

Events like this help us showcase the country’s potential to a global audience and boost export opportunities—key drivers of our national economic growth.”
At the Georgian pavilion, companies benefiting from state support programs showcased a variety of products including wine, canned goods, natural juices, confectionery, dried fruits, and organic juices.
