ADB to Assist Georgia to Develop National Vaccination
Asian Development Bank, ADB will assist the Georgian government to combat the COVID-19 outbreak and develop the national vaccination plan.
"Assisted by ADB, the ministry was able to quickly mobilize experts and develop a comprehensive plan, which would help Georgia to achieve the goal of vaccinating 1,7 million citizens by the end of 2021.", declared the Minister of Healthcare, Ekaterine Tikaradze.
The plan includes institutional, legal, and regulatory issues.
ADB aims to contribute to the successful, multifaceted, sustainable and sustainable development of the Asia-Pacific region. At the same time, it continues to work to eradicate extreme poverty in the region. Founded in 1966, the organization unites 68 countries, including 49 from the Asian region.
