Viva Group to Build Residential Complex in Tbilisi

Viva Group built a residential complex consisting of 312 apartments in Dighomi. The total area of ​​the complex amounts to 22,482 sq.m. The total volume of the project was $4.2 million and was supported by the Bank of Georgia.

Apart from a comfortable environment and location, the complex offers customers a well-maintained yard and underground parking. 12-storey, two-block apartment with modern design and exterior. The company uses energy-efficient building materials during construction and actively supports the creation of new jobs. 150 people are employed during the construction process.

In addition to this, the company has started two new projects in Dighomi and Zugdidi. The first involves 520 apartments, which in total amount to 31,237 sq.m and 200 people will be employed.

As for Zugdidi, Viva Group plans to build a residential block, which will include 52 apartments.
