The UK agrees with OSCE ODIHR that Georgia’s Election Was Competitive and Freedoms Were Respected
Wendy Morton, Minister for European Neighbourhood and the Americas at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) wrote a post on her official page about 2020 Parliamentary Elections in Georgia.
"The UK agrees with OSCE ODIHR that Georgia’s election was competitive & freedoms were respected amid allegations of pressure put on voters".
"We now call for the second round of voting to be carried out in a fair, legal way, fitting of Georgia’s outward-looking global aspirations," Morton writes.
