NS Studio Mziuri Bridge is the Winner of ICONIC Award 2021: Innovative Architecture

NS Studio project "Mziuri Bridge" is the winner of the international competition "ICONIC award 2021: Innovative architecture". It is a competition that evaluates the best projects worldwide in the following areas: architecture, interior design, product design and brand communication.

"The catastrophe that occurred on the territory of this project on June 13, 2015, has become an indelible part of our country's history. With our project, we wanted to create not only a functional bridge, but also a symbol; To do this, we used the curved shape of the zoo cages as a construction concept and turned it into a main pillar.
 
Our goal was to develop a conceptual, nostalgic, memorable and characteristic element. We tried to evoke a sense of a unified, cohesive, plastic construction, for which it was necessary to combine all the constituent elements into one common color. With this approach, we have created a connection that gives you the feeling that this is a one-line drawing, ”says NS Studio.
