Khvicha Kavaratskhelia hits New Record with his Transfer to Napoli

The transfer of Georgian football player Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to Italian "Napoli" will be a record.

Napoli has officially signed Georgian winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia for next season. The deal was completed and now also announced by president de Laurentiis to Radio KKN.

Former Rubin Kazan player will join Napoli on a 5-year deal - he was on Tottenham list last summer.

Kvaratskhelia transfer price ranges from 10-12 million euros. After which, he will become the second most expensive Georgian football player. The record belongs to Kakha Kaladze, a former legionnaire of another Italian grand - "Milan", and current Tbilisi Mayor.
